Mr. Grant has been practicing law in California for over 20 years and is also a Managing Director and Chief Legal Officer to Solganick & Co., a Technology Investment Bank and M&A Advisory Firm in Los Angeles, CA.

Solganick & Co. is an independent investment bank and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory firm that provides specialized expertise in the Software, IT Services and Healthcare IT sectors. Solganick & Co. offers strategic and financial advisory and relationships within the industry, a deep knowledge within these sectors, and a premium team of experienced investment banking professionals. As Managing Director for Solganick, he leads deal origination, management, and execution for the firm's clients. Mr. Grant is skilled in the full life cycle management of M&A transactions from origination to closing, including financial analysis, valuations, deal marketing, deal structuring, deal negotiation, target identification, and board-level presentations. His specialties include Software transactions, IT Services transactions, Cloud Services transactions, and Healthcare IT transactions.

Mr. Grant earned an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, a JD from Stanford Law School and a B.A. in Economics from U.C. Berkeley.
